Our design is trending

Throughout the recent decades there have been design trends ranging from shag carpet in the 70’s to rounded architectural corners and glass blocks in the 80’s through the 90’s. There was even a popular Tuscany trend starting in the early 2000’s that is still in place today. A recent design style was grey tones which gave a generic and somewhat cold feel. Warmer tones and smooth lines are NOW.

style that elevates

Not just any style enhances the environment. Some can actually distract from the structural benefits of the property by being outdated or unattractive. We have been following design style for over a decade and understand what elements are agreeable and what gets no attention. Our goal is to elevate your property, not distract or downgrade it.

curated not cliche

Choosing the right design elements takes a special skill as it is truly an art to create a living space. We source the right items, not the most economical. You’ll notice the difference in how the space feels and the people interested in your property will too.
